The new Indian is in fact nothing but an Evo powered knockoff Softail, so I'm not surprised the sport model looked as such. You can build the same bike, rigid, normal FLH, or softail framed for under $15000, including the paint and bodywork. Pick up a Custom Chrome catalog, from which you need a rollong chassis kit less fenders, and then order a set of fiberglass Indian Chief reproduction fenders. I don't remember who carries them, but your local aftermarket HD shop should know, especially if you have a Biker's Choice or Easyriders in town.
